    How do I report Illegal Use?

    and advise the problem, please ensure you include the exact link of the image or the file.

    What happens once I have reported file abuse?

    Illegal files will be removed immediately after we receive notice, they are then added to the ClickonSend Blacklisted File Filter, which as soon as someone tries to uload the same file, our system will detect it and deny upload.

    What is the maximum allowed size for uploaded files?

    The maximum filesize you can upload depends on what account you registered. Files with a larger filesize than the allowed maximum will be rejected.

    Can I resume broken downloads?

    Yes, but only if you own a Premium-account.Premium-account support download-accelerators. Those programs support resume of broken files and even segmented downloads. This means, you can download the same file with many streams, resulting in higher download-speed.

    Can I delete my uploaded files?

    Sure you can! After your upload, you will get two links. The download-link, which you give to everyone you want, and a delete-link, which you keep for yourself. Just click on the delete-link and your file will be deleted immediately.

    Which download accelerators can I use?

    You may use any of the major accelerators, a few popular ones are: Speedget, Download Accelerator Plus, GetRight, FlashGet and GoZilla.

    I have upgrade to Premium account, Why is my download slow?

    Please make sure you have enabled cookies on your browser.Since our system recognize Premium download by cookie.Also make sure you do not have software installed, which blocks sending of cookies. Some firewalls for example like to do this.

    How do I sign up for an account?

    You can sign up for a free account on the sign up page. You need to choose a username and password that you will use to upload images to your account. We also require you to enter a valid email address when you join. We send a confirmation email to this address with instructions on how to activate your account.

    Can I sign up for more than 1 account?

    Free accounts are limited to 1 (one) per individual. If we catch anyone abusing this limit, we may delete all their accounts without any notice.

    How do I access my account?

    Once you have signed up and confirmed your account, you can login to it on the login page. While logged in to your account you can Form upload,URL upload files,>,FTP upload files, browse the files you have already uploaded, get the urls required to download/delete the files.

    Help! I've forgotten my username or password.

    If you forget your login details for your account we can send a reminder to the email address you registered with us when you created your account. Just follow the instructions on the password reminder page.

    How do I upgrade to a paid account?

    If you have outgrown the features provided by our free account, you can upgrade to a paid account on the upgrade page. Payments are accepted through PayPal,E-Gold,Moneybookers and in most cases your account will be upgraded automatically after payment.

    I have bought an account, but I have not received my login information. What should I do now?

    If you have a junk mail folder in your mailbox, please check if you find our e-mail there. Unfortunately some spam-filters mark our login information e-mails as spam.

    You can also request the e-mail again at this page. If you get the message that no account with your e-mail address was found, its possible that the payment has not yet been cleared. Your account is created when the payment is completed, i.e. when it has been sent back to ClickonSend.com as cleared. If you pay via PayPal using your credit card, this usually is done instantly.

    If you did not find a solution here, please contact our support. In order to find your payment and your account, we need at least one of the following informations:

    * The exact e-mail address from which the payment was sent
    * The PayPal Transaction ID (a code consisting of 17 letters and numbers)
    * The PayPal receipt number (a code similar to 1234-1234-1234-1234)

    You can find the Transaction ID or receipt number in your PayPal account or in the payment confirmation e-mail you have received from PayPal.
